No single project is the same, each requiring different materials and equipment to complete. We have the option to either perform at an hourly rate + Materials or as a lump sum cost. Either way, we will be transparent in the process to produce a cost-efficient project for you.
Do you have insurance to cover any damages or accidents on the job site?
Yes! We are a fully insured and bonded specialty contractor.
How long will the excavation process take?
The duration of the project will be determined based on the scope of work to be performed. We will provide you with a schedule for the project, so you will know the expected milestones, before equipment gets to your site!
Do you provide site cleanup and restoration services after the excavation is complete?
Yes! We want to leave you completely satisfied! We will strive to leave your site better than when we arrived! Your satisfaction is our goal!
How do you handle unexpected problems or obstacles that may arise during excavation?
In excavation, unexpected and unforeseen conditions are a potential. We will provide solutions and point you in the most cost-efficient and safe direction to resolve any issues that may arise.
What permits are needed for excavation in our area?
Each project may have different permit requirements. We can help with the permitting process if needed.
What kind of payment options do you accept?
We accept most forms of payment, including credit, debit, cash, or check. (Credit and Debit card payments may be subject to a transaction fee)
What is your policy for canceling or rescheduling a job?
We understand sometimes things come up that may require the rescheduling or canceling of a project. We will accommodate each circumstance to the best of our ability.
